Do you feel tired a lot of the time? Or maybe stress gets the better of you and you often feel emotional. Feeling like this can really get you down and make life feel difficult.

Maybe you work hard and don’t make looking after yourself and your wellbeing a priority. Or maybe you put a lot of effort looking after others but now you feel frazzled.

You know you need to make changes but you are not sure what and there is so much information out there it’s confusing! This wellbeing challenge is perfect for you.

Wellbeing is not just one thing. Your mind and body are inseparable and therefore you need to nourish both to feel at your best. This wellbeing challenge looks at 5 ‘pillars’ of wellness:

Sleep
Hydration
Nutrition
Relaxation
Exercise

Everything has been designed to be as easy as possible for you and not to take too much time. That is the answer to consistency and the ability to complete what you set out to do.

You’ll take small actions that will improve your sleep, how you nourish your body and how your rest your mind. This is a programme designed for busy people like you who just need simple ideas to you feel better.
